- Rounded corners — The corners are cut round: it looks modern and does not bend in a wallet.

What file to send
- The final size (usually 90 × 50 mm or 85 × 55 mm) plus 2–3 mm bleed on each side.
- Texts and logo at least 3–4 mm inside the trim line, so they are not cut off.
- A PDF with fonts converted to outlines, in CMYK; for double-sided cards, both sides in the same file.
- For several people with the same design: send one file per person, or the list of names and details.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Text that is too small. Very small letters are hard to read, especially the phone number and email.
- A thin border close to the edge. Trimming can vary by a fraction of a millimetre, and a border right at the edge looks crooked. Move the border further in or drop it.
- A QR code that is too small or has poor contrast. Test it with your phone on a sheet printed at actual size.
- Small black text made of all four colours. Use plain black so the letters stay sharp.
- Untested details. Call the number on the card and send an email to the address on it before you approve the print.

Frequently asked questions
Can you print them the same day?
Yes, we can print business cards the same day. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with the file (or with the details, if we design it) and we confirm when they are ready to collect in Otopeni, next to Bucharest. If we ship them, the delivery time depends on the destination and is stated in the quote.
What is lamination?
Lamination is a thin matt or gloss film applied over the print. It protects the business card from scratches and moisture and makes it stiffer.
Can I order business cards for several colleagues at once?
Yes. Send us the design and each colleague's details and we prepare one quote for all of them.
What size is a business card?
The most common sizes are 90 × 50 mm and 85 × 55 mm. Both fit in a wallet and in standard holders. If you want another size, tell us in your request.
What goes on the back?
Whatever does not fit neatly on the front: the address or a map, opening hours, services, a QR code to your website or a blank space for notes, such as an appointment date.
Can you design the card if I only have the logo?
Yes, we design it. Send us your logo, the exact text and the style you like; we send you a preview, and the design cost is included in the quote. You can also use the “Ask for help on WhatsApp” button above.
Can I see the business card before printing?
Yes. Before production we can send you a preview (proof) on WhatsApp or by email, so you can check the texts and layout.
