Flyer and leaflet printing
Flyers are small sheets printed on one or both sides that you hand out, leave on the counter or put in letterboxes. They are the simplest way to announce an offer, a menu or an event in your area.

Folding and finishes
- Half fold — A sheet folded once — for example an A4 that becomes A5, with four panels of content.
- Tri-fold — A sheet folded twice, as a roll fold (“C”) or a zigzag (“Z”); an A4 folded in three fits a DL envelope.
- Creasing — A line pressed into thick paper before folding, so the paper and the ink do not crack on the fold.
- Lamination — A protective film for flyers and menus that are handled often.
We confirm in the quote what can be done for your job.

What file to send
- The chosen format (A6 = 105 × 148 mm, A5 = 148 × 210 mm, A4 = 210 × 297 mm or DL = 99 × 210 mm).
- 2–3 mm bleed on each side, and texts at least 3–4 mm inside the trim line.
- Resolution of around 300 dpi at actual size, CMYK colours.
- For double-sided flyers: two pages in the same PDF, in the order front, back.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Text too close to the edge and a background without bleed.
- On a roll-fold (“C”) leaflet, the panel that folds inside must be a few millimetres narrower than the others, otherwise it buckles when folded. If you are not sure, ask us for the template with the fold lines.
- Panels placed in a different order from the reading order. For leaflets, also send a sketch or a photo of the sheet folded the way you want it.
- Too many messages on one flyer. Choose one main offer and a single step for the customer: call, scan the code or visit.

Frequently asked questions
Which format should I choose?
A6 is easy to hand out and fits in a pocket, A5 leaves room for more information (a menu, for example), and DL fits a standard envelope.
Gloss or matt?
Gloss paper makes photos stand out, matt looks understated and is easier to write on. Both work well for flyers.
What is the difference between a flyer and a leaflet?
A flyer is a flat sheet, while a leaflet is folded once or several times to fit more information into a small format.
What quantity should I order?
Start from where you will hand them out: how many letterboxes, how many event days, how many customers come through the shop. You can ask for a quote for two quantities and compare.
Can I put the flyers in letterboxes?
A6 and DL are the most practical formats for letterboxes. When you distribute them, follow the rules of the building or the local authority.
Can you print flyers with a coupon or a space to fill in?
Tell us what you need (a tear-off coupon, numbering, a space to fill in) and we confirm in the quote what can be done.
