From your file to the finished job
Already have your artwork? Send your file through the form, on WhatsApp or by email, with the size, quantity and material, and we reply with a quote. Nothing is paid online: we agree the price with you before we start.
What non-stop means
Our phone and WhatsApp are answered 24/7: you can call, write or send your file at any hour, including late in the evening and at weekends. The workshop works by appointment — if you want to visit, call first so we can agree a time. For urgent engraving we also work overnight when needed.
Your file, checked before printing
Before we print, we check the resolution, the bleed and the colours, and we tell you if something will not come out well. Preparing the file yourself? Read our file guide (in Romanian).
Looking for something other than classic print? For illuminated signs and 3D letters, visit BrandFactory; for 3D-printed parts and objects, visit Layer Factory.
Frequently asked questions
How do I order?
Send your file and the details through our quote form, on WhatsApp or by email — in your language. We reply with the price and the lead time, and we start once you confirm.
Can you engrave our logo on pens?
Yes. Send us your logo, ideally as a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG, EPS); the engraving is in a single tone and we show you a proof first. We keep the pens in stock and engrave the same day — overnight when it is urgent. See the engraved pens.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the product, the material and the quantity, so you get it in your quote, for your job. Outside Romania we quote and invoice in euros. VAT not applicable.
