How to prepare your fileRead less
What file to send
- The exact text you want us to engrave, with the correct accents and special characters. If it is a personal message, check it twice before sending.
- For a logo: a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG or EPS), or a PNG/JPG at the best quality you have. The engraving is in a single colour.
- For drawings and signatures: a clear photo, with the drawing dark on a white background, taken straight on and without shadows.
- If you already have the item and only want it engraved, first tell us what it is and what it is made of, so we can tell you whether it can be done.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Long messages on small items. A keyring or a lighter fits a few words — keep long messages for plates and cards.
- Spelling mistakes in names or dates. Engraving cannot be erased, so check the text before you confirm the preview.
- Items made of materials we do not engrave (wood, glass, leather). Ask us before you buy the item.
- Complex colour photos. The engraving is single-colour: texts, simple logos, line drawings and signatures work best.
Price and lead time
Price on request
The price depends on size, material, quantity and finishes, so we calculate it for your request. We give you the lead time together with the quote.
Prices are final — the company is not registered for VAT (VAT not applicable).
Frequently asked questions
How quickly are the gifts ready?
We engrave them the same day, and if it is urgent we also work overnight when needed. Call us or message us on WhatsApp at any hour and we tell you straight away whether it can be done. You can collect them in Otopeni, next to Bucharest, or we ship them by courier anywhere in Europe.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We engrave from a single piece up to hundreds of gifts for the whole company.
What materials do you engrave?
We engrave metal: stainless steel, aluminium, brass and painted metal items (the laser removes the paint and exposes the metal). For other materials, ask us first.
Does the engraving wear off or fade?
No. The laser marks the metal surface itself, so the engraving lasts through washing, daily use and time.
Can I bring my own item to be engraved?
Yes, if it is made of metal — first tell us what the item is, so we can confirm it can be engraved before you send or bring it.
Can you engrave a photo?
The engraving is single-colour, so ordinary photos do not come out as they do on paper. Simple drawings, silhouettes, signatures and handwriting work well. Send us the image and we will tell you honestly how it would look.
Do you make engraved gifts for companies, in large quantities?
Yes. We can engrave the same logo on all items or a different name on each one. Send us the item you want, your logo and the quantity, and we prepare your quote. We invoice in euros for clients outside Romania.
Do I see how it looks before engraving?
Yes, we send you a preview with the text or logo placed on the item, and we engrave only after you confirm it.
