How to order printing and engraving

Send us your file and the details, and we reply with a quote made for your job. You pay nothing online — we confirm everything with you before we start, and we deliver anywhere in Europe.

The steps, from request to finished job

1. 1
You tell us what you need

Fill in the quote request (product, file, size, quantity) or message us directly on WhatsApp.

2. 2
We check your file and send you a quote

We reply with the price, the right material and the lead time. If your file has problems (low resolution, no bleed, RGB colours), we tell you before you confirm.

3. 3
You confirm and, if you like, see a proof

Production starts once you confirm the quote. If you asked for a preview, we first send you the final proof and only print or engrave after you approve it.

4. 4
We produce it and let you know

When your order is ready, we let you know by phone or WhatsApp.

5. 5
   Collection or courier delivery

Collect it from our workshop in Otopeni, near Bucharest, or we send it by courier anywhere in Europe. Details on Delivery and collection.

Payment

For clients outside Romania we invoice in euros and accept bank transfer, card or PayPal — we agree on the option together with the quote. There is no online payment on the website. The price in the quote is final — CM CLASS PLUS SRL is not registered for VAT (VAT not applicable).

To make it quick

• Send a print-ready file: PDF, CMYK colours, bleed and fonts converted to outlines. For engraving, a vector logo in one colour works best.
• Tell us the exact size and quantity — for engraving, also the exact text or the list of names.
• Tell us when you need it — we confirm what is possible. Pens and engraved gifts are engraved the same day, and when it is urgent we also work overnight.

Any other questions? Call us or message us on WhatsApp — we answer 24/7.
