Returns policy

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

In short

• Most of our work is personalised (printed or engraved from your file, text, logo or photo) and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
• Standard, non-personalised products ordered at a distance (on the website, by phone, WhatsApp or email) by consumers can be returned within 14 days, without giving a reason.
• If an item is faulty or does not match the confirmed order, you are entitled to a remedy even if it is personalised — get in touch.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights (which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer (a private individual) and you ordered a standard product at a distance, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you received the product, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example an email to office@printamnonstop.ro or a WhatsApp message to +40 771 530 207) with your name, the product, the date you received it and the fact that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can also use the form below.

• Send or bring the product back within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing, to Str. 23 August 133-135, Otopeni, Ilfov, 075100, Romania.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the product.
• We refund the amounts you paid, including the cost of standard initial delivery, within 14 days of the day you told us you were withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you send us proof that you have shipped it.
• You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check it.

What cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(c) of Ordinance no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. For us, this includes, for example:

• pens and gifts engraved with your logo, names or text;
• business cards, flyers, posters, banners and stickers printed from your file or text;
• mugs, textiles and canvas prints with your photo, text or logo;
• vehicle wraps and any work made to the sizes you asked for;
• documents printed, copied or scanned at our copy centre.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers; it does not apply to purchases made by companies.

Faulty or non-conforming products

If an item has a production defect or does not match the confirmed order (a different size, a different material, a print or engraving error that was not in the approved file), let us know as soon as possible, with photos. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (Ordinance no. 140/2021, which transposes EU Directive 2019/771), you can ask us to bring the product into conformity (for example by remaking it) and, if that is not possible, for a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

Colour differences between your screen and the print, and errors that were already in the file you approved, are not defects (see our Terms and conditions).
