Terms and conditions

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. Who we are

The website printamnonstop.ro and the Printăm Nonstop brand belong to CM CLASS PLUS SRL, a company registered in Romania (tax ID 47877976, Trade Register no. J2023000752038), with its workshop at Str. 23 August 133-135, Otopeni, Ilfov, 075100, Romania (“we”). 2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the website, to quote requests sent through the “Send your file” form and to orders you place with us by phone, WhatsApp or email. By sending a request, you confirm that you have read these terms.

3. How an order is made

• A quote or order request sent by WhatsApp or email is not yet a firm order. We reply with the price, the lead time and the technical details.
• The order is made when you confirm our quote (in writing, by WhatsApp or email). For personalised work we may ask you to approve a proof before production.
• We may refuse an order if we cannot make it or if it breaches section 6.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) for customers in Romania; customers outside Romania receive the quote and the invoice in euros. CM CLASS PLUS SRL is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged (VAT not applicable).
• Where it says “Price on request”, we give you the price in the quote, before you confirm the order.
• You can pay by bank transfer, card or PayPal, as agreed with the quote, or in cash when you collect your order from our workshop. Online card payment is not yet available on the website.

5. Your files and the result

• We print and engrave from the files you send us. Check the texts (names, phone numbers, spelling) before you approve — we are not responsible for errors in a file you approved.
• Colours on screen (RGB) may differ from printed colours (CMYK), and shades may vary slightly between materials and between print runs. Laser engraving is single-colour and its shade depends on the metal and its finish. Our file recommendations are in the file preparation guide (in Romanian).
• If a file has too low a resolution or other technical problems, we tell you before printing; if you still choose to go ahead, the result may be blurry.

6. Rights to your artwork and prohibited content

• When you send us artwork, logos, texts or photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that printing or engraving them does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks or image rights. You are responsible for the content you send.
• We do not print or engrave protected characters, logos or trade marks without the owner's consent, nor content that is illegal or defamatory, incites hatred or violence, or invades someone's privacy.
• We may refuse or stop a job if we have reason to believe it breaks these rules.

7. Delivery, collection and returns

The details are on our Delivery and collection and Returns policy pages. Products made to your specifications or personalised cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, but they are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, write to us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or at office@printamnonstop.ro, with photos and the order details. We will reply and find a solution together (remaking, repair or refund, as appropriate).

9. Disputes

We try to settle any disagreement amicably. As a consumer, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). If you live in another EU country, Iceland or Norway, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help free of charge with a cross-border complaint. Romanian law applies; if you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of that country's law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts under EU rules on jurisdiction — as a consumer, you can also bring a claim before the courts where you live.

10. Website content

The texts, graphics and structure of this website belong to CM CLASS PLUS SRL and may not be copied without our consent. We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
