The engraving is not a sticker or a print: the laser marks the pen's own material, so it does not rub off or peel over time. We keep the pens in stock, in all colours, and engrave them the same day — and overnight if it is urgent. There is no minimum order: from a single pen to hundreds.

We keep the pens in stock, in all colours — we show you the models when you write to us. The engraving is a single shade, given by the material — it is not in colour.
What we engrave on the pen
- Logo — Your company logo, in a single colour. Very fine details or shadows are simplified so that it reads clearly.
- Name or text — A name, a short message or a date. A pen usually fits a single line of text.
- Logo and text — The logo and a short text (website, phone, slogan), on the same pen or on different parts of it.
The engraving area on a pen is small, so the text and logo need to be simple. We show you how it looks before we engrave.

How to prepare your fileRead less
What file to send
- A vector logo (PDF, AI, SVG or EPS) gives the cleanest engraving. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it at the best quality you have and we will check it.
- The engraving is in one colour: colour logos are turned into a single-colour version. If you already have a black-and-white version of your logo, send that one.
- For names and texts, send us the exact text, with the correct accents and special characters, and the font if you have a preferred one.
- Tell us how many pens you need and whether they all carry the same text or different names (for example, one pen with each employee's name).
Common mistakes to avoid
- Logos with too many small details, which become a blur on a pen. Use the simplified version of your logo.
- Texts that are too long. A pen fits a name, a website or a short slogan — not your whole business card.
- Lists of names sent as photos or in separate messages. Put them in a single file (Excel or Word), one name per row, written exactly as they should be engraved.
- A pen colour chosen without thinking about contrast: the engraving comes out light on dark painted pens and darker on silver ones. If you are not sure, we show you beforehand how the logo looks on each colour.

The price depends on size, material, quantity and finishes, so we calculate it for your request. We give you the lead time together with the quote.
Prices are final — the company is not registered for VAT (VAT not applicable).
Frequently asked questions
How quickly are the pens ready?
We engrave them the same day. If it is urgent — an event tomorrow morning, a client visiting today — we also work overnight when needed. Call us or message us on WhatsApp, at any hour, and we tell you straight away whether it can be done.
Does the engraving on the pen wear off over time?
No. The laser marks the pen's own material instead of adding a layer on top, so the engraving does not peel or rub off with use.
Can you engrave the logo in colour?
No — laser engraving is a single shade, given by the material of the pen. The logo is engraved in one colour. If you really need colours, tell us and we will let you know what options we have.
Can I order a single engraved pen?
Yes, there is no minimum order: you can order just one pen, for example with someone's name. For larger quantities we quote by volume.
Can each pen have a different name?
Yes. Send us the list of names in a single file, one per row, written exactly as they should be engraved, and we engrave each pen individually.
Do I see how it looks before you engrave?
Yes. We send you a preview showing the position and size of the logo or text, and we engrave only after you confirm it.
How much does an engraved pen cost?
The price depends on the pen model, the quantity and what we engrave, so you receive it in the quote. The shipping cost is in the quote too. VAT not applicable.
Can you engrave pens I already have?
Ask us first: if the pens are made of metal, they can usually be engraved, but we need to see them to tell you for sure.
Do you deliver outside Romania?
Yes. Our workshop is in Otopeni, next to Bucharest, and we ship by courier anywhere in Europe; the shipping cost is included in your quote. Write to us in your language — we reply in the same language.
