Printed stickers and labels
Stickers are prints on adhesive vinyl or paper: product labels, logo stickers, shop window lettering or wayfinding signs. We cut them as rectangles or along the outline of the design.

The right material depends on the surface and the location; tell us where the sticker goes and we recommend one.
Cutting and finishes
- Contour cutting — Each sticker is cut to the shape of the design, not as a rectangle.
- Sticker sheet — The stickers are cut through the film only, not the backing paper, so they stay on one sheet and peel off one by one.
- Lamination — A clear film over the print that protects it from scratches and rubbing.
- Application tape — For cut-out letters: it keeps them at the right spacing while you apply them, then peels away.
We confirm in the quote what can be done for your job.

What file to send
- The actual size of each sticker and the number of pieces.
- For contour cutting: the cut line drawn as a vector, on a separate layer (in a PDF or AI file).
- Resolution of around 300 dpi at actual size, CMYK colours, 2 mm bleed.
- Tell us where it will be applied (indoors or outdoors, on what surface) — the material depends on it.
Common mistakes to avoid
- A cut line drawn as an image, not as a vector. The cutting plotter needs a vector line on a separate layer.
- Texts and details touching the cut line. Leave a few millimetres between them and the outline.
- Very thin lines and texts on small stickers — they are no longer visible or cannot be cut.
- White text on clear vinyl with no white layer underneath: white does not print on its own.
- A sticker chosen without knowing the surface: not every film sticks to soft plastic, rough surfaces or tight curves.

Frequently asked questions
What is contour cutting?
The sticker is cut to the shape of the design (for example along the outline of a logo), not as a rectangle. For this we need the cut line drawn as a vector.
Will it last outdoors?
Outdoors we use vinyl film, which handles moisture better than adhesive paper. Tell us where you will apply it and we recommend the right material.
How do I apply a sticker properly?
Clean the surface of dust and grease, let it dry and avoid applying it in the cold. Position the sticker, then press from the centre towards the edges with a card or a squeegee to push out the air bubbles.
Can it be removed without leaving marks?
It depends on the adhesive: some stickers are made to stay, others to come off more easily. Tell us in your request if you want to be able to remove it and we recommend the material.
Do you make labels for jars and bottles?
Yes. Tell us the size of the label, how many pieces and whether the container goes in the fridge or in water — the material depends on it.
Can I order stickers with different designs?
Yes. Send each design and how many pieces you want of it; we can also place them on the same sheet.
