Collection from the workshop
You can collect your order from our workshop: Str. 23 August 133-135, Otopeni, Ilfov, 075100, Romania. We let you know when it is ready. To make sure everything is prepared, call us beforehand on +40 771 530 207.
When collecting, you can pay in cash or pay in advance by bank transfer.
Delivery by courier
Our workshop is in Otopeni, next to Bucharest, and we deliver by courier anywhere in Romania and across Europe. We tell you the shipping cost and delivery time together with the quote, before you confirm the order.
For clients outside Romania we invoice in euros and accept bank transfer, card or PayPal — we agree on the right option together with the quote. There is no online payment on the website. Write to us in your language: we reply in the same language.
When you receive your order
Pens and engraved gifts are engraved the same day, and when it is urgent we also work overnight. For other products, the lead time depends on the product, quantity and finishes, and we confirm it for each order. Need something urgently? Call us or message us on WhatsApp, day or night, and we will check what is possible.
When the parcel arrives
- Check the packaging in front of the courier; if it is damaged, note this on the delivery document.
- If there is a problem with your order, write to us as soon as possible, with photos.
