Privacy policy

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

Who processes your data

The data controller is CM CLASS PLUS SRL, Romanian company no. (CUI) 47877976, with its workshop at Str. 23 August 133-135, Otopeni, Ilfov, 075100, Romania. For any question about your data, write to us at office@printamnonstop.ro.

What data we use

• contact details: name, phone number, email;
• your delivery address, if you choose courier delivery;
• order details: the products, options, texts and notes you give us;
• the artwork, logos, photos and documents you send us for printing or engraving (they may contain personal data, for example photos of people or names);
• billing and payment details (no card details — there is no online payment on the website).

The “Send your file” form does not send any data to a server: your data only reaches us when you send the message yourself, on WhatsApp or by email.

Why and on what legal basis

• to prepare your quote and fulfil your order — legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”);
• for invoicing and accounting records — legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• to handle complaints and defend our rights — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Your files

We use the files you send only for your job. We do not publish them or show them to others without your consent (for example in our portfolio). We keep them for as long as the order and any reprints require, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we share data with

• the courier company, if you choose delivery (name, phone number, address);
• our accountant and the authorities, to the extent required by law;
• the service providers you use to write to us (WhatsApp, email) and the website's hosting provider (Vercel Inc.).

How long we keep data

We keep order data for as long as the order and the guarantee require, and accounting documents for the period required by Romanian accounting law. Messages about quotes that do not become orders are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Write to us at office@printamnonstop.ro and we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
